   Satisfactory evidence of the following appointments in the Boy Scouts Association, Hongkong Branch, has been furnished to H.E. the Governor, announced the Government Gazette today.

   Mr. D.W.Luke to be the Colony Commissioner for a period of three years; Mr. F.E.C.C.Quah to be Honorary Commissioner as from August 2.
