LOCAL SCOUTS.
LATEST NUMBER OF THE "SILVER WOLF."
NOTABLE ISSUE.
No. 1, of volume 5, of the "Silver Wolf" is out. It is the official organ of the Boy Scouts Association of Hongkong.
Mr. C.H.Blason is the editor; and Messrs. M.J.Baptista, E.L.Sim and A.Kirk are the art editors. Officials of the Association, of twenty local troops and five Wolf Cub packs are given, together with a list of members.
There is some very interesting, and highly instructive reading matter in the magazine. Attaining to exemplary ideals, the "Silver Wolf" - like its predecessors - has much to tell the layman and those not yet acquainted with scouting.
Items of particular note are: The Commissioner's letter; camping notes; what to do in case of fire; competition details and results; "jottings;" A message to Scouts and Girl Guides from the Chief Scout; A trip to Hangchow; troop notes; and notes for Cubs, Rovers and Scouters.
